Kyle is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of TMG, where he leads a highly skilled team specializing in tailored commercial loan solutions for investors in mobile home communities, RV parks, and outdoor hospitality assets. With over 15 years of experience in the financing sector, Kyle has built a reputation for his strategic approach to financial analysis, capital structuring, and long-term investment planning. His commitment to understanding client needs and delivering customized funding solutions has been instrumental in financing over $1 billion in MHC & RV park transactions across the United States. Kyle holds a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting, with a minor in Economics, from Lock Haven University (LHU). He later earned an MBA from The Pennsylvania State University (PSU) through the Executive MBA program at the Smeal College of Business, graduating as salutatorian. Outside of his professional endeavors, Kyle enjoys traveling and golfing with his family.
